Jazz's new litter, Born Good Friday (3-21-08)

We have both Male (Red & Blue) & Female (Happy, purple & Print-sess)

ALL Black

ONLY ONE PUPPY LEFT!

Blue boy is the only puppy left. He will be 14 weeks old on Friday the 27th of June. He has had all his shots and wormed once. He is very sweet and loves to follow us around when we are outside working. He also loves the pond and takes a dip several times a day to cool off. He sleeps in the house in a 4 x 4 enclosed area now that he is the only pup and holds his bladder all night. I would say he is almost completely house-broke if you pay attention. Sometimes I think he is just crying to get out and play with the cats so I ignore him and we have accidents. I think it is mostly my fault. He loves it outside and will hang out in the unfenced yard even if Mom and Dad are in the house. Some one is going to get a great deal on this one

I would rather drop my price to $500 for limited Registration than to hold out for what he is worth (for his sake). I believe puppies should bond to their new family and their ways at a young age.

Regularly Limited Registration for my male pups is $700.00. Full Registration is still available at $900. For a gas fee I am willing to meet or deliver.

Now tell me, how can anyone pass up this opportunity to own such a smart, beautiful well trained pup?

I am including some pictures of him I just took this morning (June 25, 2008)

This is his enclosure that he willingly goes to with his toys if there is no room on Jazz and Kanes bed

The following are pictures of Blue's litter

Here we have Red in the back, Happy on the left and Blue on the right at 3 wks old. The whelping box was getting kind of small for both bedding and potty paper so everyone moved to the kitchen shortly after this picture.

This is Purple to the right and Print-sess below at 3 1/2 wks after moving to their new larger bed in the kitchen. In the last Picture you can see that even at 3 1/2 wks they use the potty paper (at least most of the time).

It was hot this day so I put all five in the bath. They enjoyed the water, cooled off and got some of the ranch dust washed away. However, we used no soap at this time.

Aren't they Darling!

Print-sess went to her new home the 25th of May. After they returned to Olympia I recieved this email and picture:

HI Diane,

Mila travelled VERY well, slept a lot, and never got car sick, during the 6-hour trip back home. We stopped several times, she did her business, ate and drank, and then settled back to sleep. She slept deeply the first night, and played hard in the back yard. Photo attached. She has met a lot of people in the last couple of days (who all think she's gorgeous; I tell them about you and more puppies available..), simply since she has gone with us everywhere. I took her to work yesterday, and she snuggled into her sleep pad that I had brought and put at my feet under my desk, slept, played outside when we could, and no problems whatsoever. We have gotten into a routine of activity and sleep, and she is a doll. Thank you for producing such a well-socialized beastie!

cheers,
Katya

Happy Healthy Parents

My Vet tells me “Dogs are meant to have pups each heat cycle. If they are healthy and bounce back with no problems they should be breed until they show no interest, have health problems or you have just had enough, then you get them fixed. When you skip cycles the dog gets out of shape and has problems.” He also said, “Jazz is doing fine and has healthy pups with no problems, and there is no reason not to breed her.”  I am writing this because I have got emails from people that think I am a puppy mill and believe I am over breeding my dog. The first Standard Poodle I had I skipped one or two heats between each litter and each time she had a harder time with delivery so I got her fixed. I love both Jazz and Kane and would never do anything to put them in jeopardy. I breed because I love puppies and love to share in the joy of a quality standard poodle puppy going to a new home. I feel it is much crueler to own a dog strictly for breeding, Breed it three times and then send it to live with a new family so you can get another breeder, I could never sell my dogs. They are so much my children my daughter calls them her adopted brother and sister and my mom is referred to as Grandma to my dogs and she would have it no other way. For those of you concerned, be assured Jazz and Kane see their Vet regularly and if you have ever seen them you would know they are happy, healthy, well rounded and social animals with a loving home.
