Jazz gave birth to her third litter March 8th, 2007. She had no problems and her and her pups are doing fine. The pups will be getting thier dew claws removed and tails docked Tue. March 13th. We will be taking a vaction the end of June and beginning of July. We can deliver puppies as far as Colorado at that time.

If you would like to put a deposit on a puppy copy and fill out the form below. We have a first paid first pick way of doing things. The first deposit gets first pick. If that puppy is not paid in full at 9 weeks of age it will go back up for adoption unless other arrangements have been made. I believe a puppy should bond with his/her new family as soon as possible. Puppies sold at discount prices after 9 weeks (or for any other reason) will have to sign a spay and neuter contract and recieve limited registration.

Sales agreement

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has a 72 hour guarantee in which he/she is urged to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet. If the vet finds anything seriously wrong with the pup it will be exchanged for a similar pup at once or as soon as one is available. (PROVIDING THAT A LETTER FROM THE EXAMINING VET AND THE PUP IS RETURNED WITHIN THE 72 HOUR TIME PERIOD). If buyer does not live locally, he/she is to notify seller within a 72 hour time period to make arrangements for the return of the puppy. Once the puppy has cleared the initial vet exam it will be understood that seller has provided a healthy pup and that the care of the pup is now in the hands of the buyer. All Transporting/Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No exchange will be made after the 72 hour time period and NO vet bills will be refunded...

I do take deposits in the order in which they come in. If you put a deposit down now, and we do not have a puppy for you, or of your liking, we will hold your deposit until the next litter.

Be sure to send ck certified mail. We do require a deposit of 1/4 down
The deposits are entered in my book in the order they arrive.
The puppies go home between 7 and 9 weeks of age and must be paid in full. If not paid in full by 9 weeks puppy will go back up for adoption. If paid in full and not picked up a kennel fee of $10.00 per day will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.
